Established in 1991

In 1991 Robert and William Fleck formed Fleck Interstate Investments ( Fii ) and purchased the real estate located at 1050 E. Interstate Avenue from the Real Estate Trust Corporation.   They immediatley renamed it the Gateway Professional Center.  At that time Wells Fargo Bank along with Eide Helmeke were the major tenants.  Today Wells Fargo Bank continues as a tenant along the the North Dakota Attorney General (ND Lottery and Consumer Protection Divisions), North Dakota Department of Public Instruction, Messer Chropractic Clinic and Edward D. Jones Co.

In 1993, Fleck Interstate Investments purchased the Arrowhead Plaza Shopping Center located at 3rd Street and Boulevard.  In 2011, Arrowhead Plaza went through an extensive remodeling project.  The entire facade was replace with Dryvit, all sidewalk illumination and tenants signs were replaced.

Many of the business residents of Arrowhead Plaza have been tenants since the center was built in the early 50's.  Current tenants are; Dan's SuperMarket, Plaza Drug and Hallmark Card Center, Arrowhead Cleaners & Laundry, Plaza Beer Depot, Plaza Barber Shop, Plaza Hair Center, US Bank, Arrowhead Tesoro, The Walrus restaurant, String Bean Music, The Therapy Center and opening in September 2012, Uniform Center.

In 2003, William and Christiana bought Robert & Marlys Fleck's interest in Fii and became the sole owners's.  They continue to operate the partnership today.
